Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Court of Appeal, pursuant to Rule 78.02 of the Rules of Court, for the filing of documents with the Court of Appeal and for services rendered by the Office of the Registrar.

Eligibility

Solicitors or self-represented litigants who are parties to proceedings in the Court of Appeal.
