Overview
Amusement rides must be registered with the Chief Inspector before going into service and on an annual basis thereafter.
Eligibility
Each year an amusement device must be registered with the Department of Justice and Public Safety and inspected before the beginning of the season for the operation of the device.
Description
The owner of the device is required to file a schedule of set-up on the device for the season.
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
