Overview
An Oil and Natural Gas Lease grants exclusive rights to produce oil and natural gas.
Eligibility
A person holding a valid oil and natural gas licence to search or a person submitting the successful tender in a "Call for Tenders" for the purchase of a lease.
Description
The term of a lease is 5 years. The term of the lease may be extended where a portion of the lease is producing or capable of producing, in paying quantity.
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
