FREDERICTON (GNB) – Soccer NB has named the members of the women's soccer team that will represent the province at the Canada Summer Games.

The team members are:

●    Madeleine Albert of Cocagne;
●    Melissa Beaulieu of Drummond;
●    Elissa Chamberlain of Petit-Rocher;
●    Shannie Chiasson of Moncton;
●    Sarah Claveau of Dieppe;
●    Jennica Doucet of Bathurst;
●    Sylvie Fecteau of Moncton;
●    Rachel Forestell of Quipamsis;
●    Monica Gallant of Moncton;
●    Olivia Gauthier of Saint John;
●    Rénée Gauvin of Moncton;
●    Brianna Kettlewell of Quispamsis;
●    Noémi Mallet of Shippagan;
●    Alexandra Maltais of Dieppe;
●    Cassandra Morrison of Beresford;
●    Emilie Naugle of Shediac;
●    Geena Oxford of Smiths Creek; and
●    Molly Roussel of Le Goulet.

The coaches are Sylvain Rastello and Sheri Gallant, both of Dieppe, and Annie Levasseur of Caraquet. Hollis Chamberlain of Petit-Rocher is the manager

Women's soccer will be held during the first week of the 2013 Canada Summer Games, to be held Aug. 2-17 in Sherbrooke, Que., The Games will bring together 4,200 athletes to compete in 20 disciplines at 20 sites. Team New Brunswick will consist of 415 athletes, coaches, managers and mission staff.
