FREDERICTON (GNB) – Tennis New Brunswick has announced the members of the tennis team that will represent New Brunswick at the Canada Summer Games.

The team members are:

●    Nick Dempsey of Nackawic;
●    Noah Belliveau of Memramcook;
●    Hielke Moore of Fredericton;
●    Jacob Power of Dieppe;
●    Melika LeBlanc of Moncton;
●    Gorjana Barudzija of Fredericton;
●    Bridget Collrin of Fredericton; and
●    Caroline Asimakos of Saint John.

The coach is Rufus Nel of Fredericton. The manager is Sylvie Dempsey of Nackawic.

Tennis competitions will be held during the first week of the 2013 Canada Summer Games, to be held Aug. 2-17 in Sherbrooke, Que. The Games will bring together 4,200 athletes to compete in 20 disciplines at 20 sites. Team New Brunswick will consist of 415 athletes, coaches, managers and mission staff.
