Overview
An Underground Storage Permit grants exclusive right to construct and operate underground storage facilities.
Eligibility
A holder of an underground storage lease.
Description
The holder of a storage lease, within the first year of obtaining a lease, shall make application for a permit authorizing construction of underground storage facilities.
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
