FAIRFIELD (CNB) – Route 111 in Fairfield from Rankin Road to Route 825 will be closed starting at noon on Wednesday, June 1, and continuing for about two weeks.
This closure is necessary to complete work on the new Gardner Creek Bridge. The work will involve deck repairs, waterproofing and paving.
Detour signs will be in place. Trucks will be required to use Route 825 through Garnett Settlement because they are not permitted on Rankin Road.
